SERVICES & RESIDENCE BUILDING (COMPETITION)
The EPAL built competition is presented as a proposal for a set of mixed-use buildings (housing and services) to be built in Amoreiras, Lisbon, characterized by promoting a new urban reality for that area, particularly on the escarpment facing Maria Pia Street, presenting itself with a strong, iconic image and assuming a prominent role in Lisbon city.
Another guideline for the building was to privilege highly energy efficient and environmentally efficient technical and technological solutions, to promote cross-ventilation flows exploring patios and garden roofs.
